Poland is one of the 26 Schengen States. Short-term visas of Poland for Bangladeshi citizens are defined as Schengen visas that are for a period of a maximum of three months. There is a consular office of Poland in Dhaka. But the Schengen visas of Poland are represented by The Embassy of Sweden in Dhaka. Sweden Visa Application Centre in Dhaka, authorized by The Embassy of Sweden in Dhaka, receives the files on behalf of the embassy. Please note, no prior appointment is required to submit your applications at the Visa Application Centre. All the documents and passports must be submitted in person at the application center.

Long-term visa applications of Poland for Bangladeshi citizens are submitted at the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi, India. The Poland Embassy requires in-person submission. So, the applicants need to attend at the embassy when submitting files and get a long-term Poland visa from Bangladesh.

Requirements

A tourist visa is an official document or stamp that authorizes an individual to enter a foreign country for the purpose of leisure and tourism.

 

1.Passport:

Applicant needs to submit original Passport. The passport must have six months of validity after the intended date of departure from all the Schengen member states. Applicant’s current passport must have two empty/blank pages. If the applicant has an old passport, he/she have to include that also. Alternation and handwriting are not allowed in the passport.

 

 

 

 

2.Visa Application Form:

The Visa Application form must be filled with all the proper information. The form must be filled with block letters and signed by the applicant. An online visa application form must be filled with the applicant signed.

 

3.Photographs:

Applicant must submit two passport-sized photographs. The photograph must be taken recently with a white background with 60%-70% face coverage and international standard size 3.5X4.5 and set by ICAO and referred by the Schengen States. The photograph should be printed on matt/semi-matt paper, not more than six months old, and have no border.

 

4.Cover Letter:

A personal letter from the applicant covering personal details, the purpose of the visit, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. Travel, the accommodation also need to include. The letter should be addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Sweden, Dhaka. The Visa category must be mentioned in the subject line. The purpose of your visit to Poland is for a temporary visit, business visit, or medical treatment. Remain time in Poland specifically and evidence of founds.

 

5.Forwarding Letter:

A letter from the employer’s office such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, applicant purpose, and assigned roles during the visit, duration of the visit, contact details, and other necessary details.

6.Plan of The Tour:

Applicants need to submit all of his/her tour plans. How many days he/she will stay, which place he/she will go to and all other’s things.

7.Office ID Card:

Copies of the office id card/visiting card need to submit (3 copies).

8.Company Memorandum:

The applicant needs a clear scanned copy of the Company Memorandum if the applicant is the owner/managing director of the company or employed as one of the directors in the company.

9.Personal Bank Statements:

The applicant must submit his/her personal bank statement for the last six months. He/She also needs to mention the Bank’s name and telephone number with an authorized bank stamp and signature.

 

10.Personal ITR Certificate:

Applicant must submit his/her last 3 years income tax return certificate.

11.Company Bank Statements:

Bank statements copy of the sponsoring company or party for the last 6 months mentions the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly with an authorized bank stamp and signature (If the company sponsors the trip).

12.Company ITR Certificate:

Applicant must submit the last 3 years Income Tax Return certificate of the company he/she works for. The license must be legalized by legal authorities (If the company sponsors the trip).

13.Airline Ticket Itinerary:

A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip and return from the trip.

14.Hotel Reservation:

A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s accommodation. He/She needs to mention the hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.

5.Invitation Letter from a Poland Registered Company/Organization:

An original copy of an invitation letter from the Polish host or invitee. Its letterhead pad states the purpose of travel, duration of stay, a reason to visit Poland, activity of applicants to develop in the member state, and other necessary details. The invitee must have a signature on the letterhead pad.

6.Forwarding Letter:

A letter from the employer’s office such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, applicant purpose, and assigned roles during the visit, duration of the visit, contact details, and other necessary details.

7.Office ID Card:

Copies of the office id card/visiting card need to submit (3 copies).

8.Trade License:

If the applicant is the owner or employee of the company that the applicant mentions then the applicant needs to submit a clear scanned copy of the applicant’s valid trade license.

9.Incorporation Certificate:

The applicant needs an incorporation certificate if he/she is the owner or employed by the company.

10.Company Memorandum:

The applicant needs a clear scanned copy of the Company Memorandum if the applicant is the owner/managing director of the company or employed as one of the directors in the company.

11.Personal Bank Statements:

The applicant must submit his/her personal bank statement for the last six months. He/She also needs to mention the Bank’s name and telephone number with an authorized bank stamp and signature.

An invitation letter from the invitee (friend and family) who will assist the applicant to visit Poland. The invitee needs to state mutual relationship, duration of stay, his/her address, and all necessary details with the invitee’s signature.

7.Relation with Invitee:

Relation with the invitee must need to submit. If the spouse is not registered at the Embassy then documents that prove the relationship is required. A marriage certificate will work as a document. If the applicant is a family member of the invitee who works in the intended country or an employee in the intended country then a family register, work permit, and residence certificate are required.

8.Resident proof of Host:

A resident from the host country must prove his/her residency. If he/she lives with a work permit visa then he/she submit a copy of that also.

9.Invitee’s Photo ID Card and Utility Copy:

A legal or original document of an invitee who lives in the intended country. His/Her utility bill, phone number, tenancy agreement also need to submit. He/She needs to submit all his/her documents attested by the authenticator.

10.Invitee’s Bank Statements:

A copy of bank statements from the invitee’s party (invitee/Employer company/any other person) for the last 6 months mentions the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature.

11.Office ID Card:

Copies of the office id card/visiting card need to submit (3 copies).
