2. Photograph (35 x 40 mm) 1 Copy
- The photo must not be older than six months

If you are a student :

- Consent of legal guardian (if the minor is travelling alone)

5. Civil Status
- Birth certificates for minors
- NID

6. TIN Certificate
- Tax Return Certificate with payment receipt (Last 3 Year)
- Invitation Letter
- Sponcer ID card/Passport/Driving Licance copy
- Chamber of commerce/VAT Certificate
8. Visa Validity
- 3 Month, single entries
9. Visa Fee
- 0 + VFS charge
10. Processing Fee: 5000 BDT
