5. Civil Status (If any)
- Birth certificates for minors
- NID
- Marriage certificates (If Family Visit)
6. Utility Bills latest (any one)
- Electricity
- Gas bill
- Water bill
7. Visa Validity
- 2/6/12 Months, Single/Double entries
8. Visa Fee
- 1500 BDT
