1. Passport
- Valid at least 6 months after the visa expires
- 2 Blank Page
2. Photograph (35cmx45cm”) 2 Copy
- The photo must not be older than six months
- The photograph must have a plain background
- No colored lenses or spectacles
- Ears must be visible
3. Financial Means (Last 6 Months)
- Personal Bank Statements
- Current Bank Statments (If any)
- Bank Balance Certificate 5,00000 BDT Equivalent
4. Employment Status
If you are employed :
- Employment certificate
- Salery Certificate (6 months)
- Office ID Card
- Vsisitng Card
If you are self-employed :
- Copy of trade license
- Visiting card
- Company Letter of head
If you are a student :
- Student ID
- Additional Documents for Minors :
- Consent of legal guardian (if the minor is travelling alone)
- Birth certificates
5. Civil Status (If any)
- Birth certificates for minors
- NID
- Marriage certificates (If Family Visit)
6. Visa Validity
- 3 Months, Single Entry
7. Processing Charge
- 3000 BDT
